Harvey Air Balancing and Commissioning is an HVAC Systems Testing and Balancing Firm in West Virginia and North Carolina.  We have over 30 years experience in the field with a very large selection of services to offer.

HABCO was first certified as a technician with the Environmental Engineering Consultants (EEC) with Ernie Choat, PE of Oak Ridge, TN in 2002.  After Ernie's passing, we chose to continue our certification with The Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (ICB/TABB).

We obtained certified TABB  Technician status in 2004 and became a Certified Supervisor in 2014.  In 2017, HABCO became a Certified Contractor with the ICB/TABB.

Since then, we have continued adding certifications well beyond Air/Water Balancing.  We have become a Certified Contractor in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), Sound & Vibration (S&V) and, most recently, added HVAC Systems Commissioning (Cx) to our Certified Contractor portfolio.
