Gordon has been in the HVAC test and balance field for more than 30 years, having started immediately upon his honorable discharge from the US Navy in 1992. He is a Testing and Balancing Bureau (TABB) certified air and water balancing technician and supervisor. Gordon also carries certifications in indoor air quality (IAQ), sound and vibration testing, HVAC commissioning, and duct leak testing.
Melanie graduated summa cum laude from Liberty University and recently retired after 30 years in the education field. Her experience teaching, managing, and organizing has prepared her to assist Gordon with the office work for Harvey Air Balancing.
Jonathan began his air balancing career in 2002 before transitioning to the underground mining industry in 2007. He returned to air balancing in 2013 and relocated to the Charlotte, NC area that same year. He has obtained a vast array of training and certifications throughout his career and passed the TABB Supervisor exam in 2024.
